Colette, for that matter, stocks all kinds of wild Barbie collectibles though most fall in adult fashion terrain and so don't amuse us quite as much. As for children's apparel, our pals at Fabsugar UK posted an interesting poll this afternoon: are metallic leggings for babies freaky or fabulous? Thank you, Topshop.

The Barbie Fashion Show At Bryant Park
Valentine's Day already gave fashion troops the excuse to parade through Bryant Park in red and pink frocks and the 50th anniversary of Barbie only encouraged it. As The Cut pointed out, however, Barbie needs to hone up on her math skills as hundreds of invitees arrived too late for admittance thanks to a bloated guest list. Inside the tents, Barbie’s fashion outing was just as shiny pink and razzle-dazzle as hoped, with models dressed in classic Barbie looks for the first half--the original black-and-white playsuit and frilly pink frocks--and all kinds of crazy costumery in the second. Babs may have let us down this time but we'll forgive her--what else are we going to do..hold a grudge?
