When we stepped into the offices of Paul Wilmot Communications to attend their Spring 09 press preview we were immediately greeted with a warm smile from two attractive receptionists and Bellinis from Ciprianis--such is the way of Paul Wilmot. The first collection we looked over was the Luca Luca Spring 09 collection. It was understated with neat tailoring which makes it a perfect collection to see in person. As busy as it was (everyone was eyeing this rack, wanting to take a look through the collection) we picked out a few pieces that we thought really made a statement. One jumpsuit in particular we remembered from the Spring 09 runway show, and was as nicely tailored in person as it appeared on the model. The salmon, white, and black shoes were also one of our favorite aspects of the collection--tiny perforations gave them a sporty feel.
