New Hair Styling Kit Promises Pin-Up Girl Results
The duo behind Rsession Tools, Kevin Ryan and Frank Rizzieri, promise professional styling for a fraction of what it costs to visit the salon. The duo has just released the Pin-Up Girl Kit which helps customers create the "perfect ponytail", "super chic bun" and "classic beehive" at home. The kit includes hard-to-find pins, elastics, clips, styling brush and a hair bun (available in brown, black and blonde) along with detailed instructions on how to create each look. At $21.99 we have to say, we're tempted to try it out--especially if the results are anything like the the updos at Louis Vuitton this season.

Spotlight On Katsuya Kamo
The head-pieces in the Chanel Spring 2009 Haute Couture show were so unbelievable, we just had to find out more about the designer who created them--Japanese hair and makeup artist Katsuya Kamo. Kamo has long collaborated with Junya Watanabe, which should be a testament to the scale at which he operates, in addition to working on countless high-fashion magazine editorials. Check out some examples of his work below.

Seoul Fashion Week: Vack Yuun Zung Spring 2009
Seoul Fashion Week is giving us more of that one-sided hair style we love so much, making us huge, huge fans of theirs. The designer responsible was Vack Yuun Zung who showed clothing with a futuristic/early nineties flavor. Black latex pants might be easy enough for fashionistas to pull off but we're not so sure about white ones, as cool as they looked on the Vack Yuun Zung runway. Overall we're feeling good about all of the unknown (to us, at least) designers showing in various fashion weeks around the world. The truth is, Los Angeles really had us hurting...emotionally speaking. Be sure to check out the gallery below as well as our coverage of Toronto, Mexico, Lakme, and Los Angeles Fashion Weeks.
