Cushnie et Ochs sent ultra revealing slashed dresses down the runway for spring 2010. To get a similar-if a bit understated-version of the look, try Alexander Wang's mesh cut out jersey skirt or Topshop's asymmetrical long sleeve mini. For the even more modest-minded, Alexander McQueen offers a turtle neck dress with sharp slits just above the elbow.

Ecco Domani winners, Cushnie et Ochs, held their Fall 2009 runway show this afternoon to a packed--but not Rag & Bone packed--audience. Suzy Menkes, Lynn Yaeger, and Kate Lanphear, among others, all sat front and center. The Fall 2009 collection played with lean, androgynous tailoring made sexy by way of pvc, mesh, and a-symmetrical finishes. There were instances of extreme texture and proportion, thanks to a few stand-out fur pieces. Check out the (far better looking) runway gallery right here.

Ecco Domani announced their 2009 Fashion Foundation award winners today. The recipients are Lyn Devon, Matthew Ames, Cushnie et Ochs by Carly Cushnie and Michelle Ochs, and Ohne Titel by Alex Adams for womenswear, Corpus by Jerrod Cornish & Keith Richardson for menswear, and Monique Pean for jewelry, Eviana Hartman and Samantha Pleet for sustainable design.

WWD talks with Jane Birkin about her cashmere pieces for Lutz & Patmos and her oldest pair of UGG boots. We never thought we'd say this but UGGs are getting a lot of good press these days.
