Think of the triangle heel as the first cousin of the conical heel. While both styles start wide and slim down to a point, the triangle is less rounded, more severe. Chloé's Spring 2008 sandals spearheaded the trend, but two seasons later, they're still standing strong.

Sequins have been popular for a few seasons now but the trend has most definitely evolved. These days, in order to be fashionable, sequins really have to stand out. Whether it's a bright color, interesting pattern or statement-making texture, this season's sequins are all about unabashed optimism.

We don't know about you but we feel like summer only started last weekend. If you're not quite ready to delve into the new fall deliveries, there are plenty of sample sales and affordable summer clothing to indulge in. One style we've always loved is a seventies-inspired beach look. Slip on a pair of worn-in bell bottoms or a brightly printed tunic and you're 90% there. After that, just let your hair air dry, wear minimal makeup and add a few retro accessories.

Pixie Market Launches Into An Online Summer Sale

New York based boutique and e-commerce retailer, Pixie Market, just launched into their summer sale. The boutique, whose trendy downtown wares are priced just below contemporary and just above the high street, are known for taking risks with their inventory. Osman Yousefzada Capsule Collection Exclusively at Browns

London designer Osman Yousefzada is open to collaborations. If you recall, he designed a collection for Mango back in March and now he's collaborating with Browns. Buying director Erin Mullaney sums it up best: "Osman has created the perfect capsule collection comprised of his best-selling shapes in pale pink, coral, indigo and black jersey," she said of the collection, inspired by Edwardian tailoring and architectural shapes.
